Didn’t know what I was missing
I’ve always been a fan of bbq’d meat, but only when someone else did the bbq’ing. For some reason I was never able to achieve the same effect at home on my own bbq.

Breaks during shipping
I ordered a Weber Q320 grill and it arrived broken (the plastic frame was cracked during shipping by UPS). I returned the grill and the replacement was also cracked.

Freaking Amazing Piece of Equipment
The grill went together in an hour with a single phillips head screwdriver. The assembly directions are a breeze (if you are remotely mechanically inclined).
